When do we ship?

We ship daily, nationwide, using J&T Express.

Luzon & Mindanao: 5-7 days

Visayas: 2-5 days

Order confirmation & email receipt

Once your order is confirmed, we'll send you a confirmation email. Please double-check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) in case it landed there.

Payment Options

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept GCash payments only via our website.

How do I pay via GCash?

During checkout, a GCash QR code will appear. After paying, please screenshot the successful transaction β€” this serves as your proof of payment.

We only need the 13-digit Reference Code, but if there's a problem, we may ask you to send the screenshot via email to verify your transaction.

Order Tracking

When will I get tracking info?

Once your order ships, we'll email you the shipping and tracking information.

If you don't see that email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, get in touch and we'll help track your order.
